Sasha is left-handed 4/5 man that is able to run the floor, dominate the glass, protect the rim & score. He is able to score with his back to the basket from the low block, as well as step out & shoot the mid range & 3 ball. As a left- handed big, he blocks & changes many shots against his right handed opponents. During the ’23-23, season, Sasha led BG Aachen in Rebounding, Blocked Shots, 3FG%, 2FG Attempted and 2FG Made. He was second in scoring. 

Sasha played an extra year at Azusa Pacific Univ. due to Covid. He helped APU to the second round of the Pac West tournament, finishing with a 21-10 record overall. Played two seasons Univ. of Albany; Appeared in 38 games, averaging 1.7 points per game and 1.3 rebounds per game... Scored a season-high eight points against UMass Lowell in 2019-20. Played 1 season at Napa College; Avg 14 pts, 8 reb & 1.9 blk/game; During a 3-game span, French scored 25, 27 & 25 pts, while registering 2 double-doubles during that stretch w/ a 14 reb & 11 reb games; Named 1st Team All-Bay Valley Conference & CCCAA All-State Honorable Mention. Played at Justin-Siena High School through his junior year... Played at two different prep schools Prolific Prep Academy of Napa for his sr year (‘14-15), and the Hun School (Princeton, NJ) the following season (15-16)... While with Prolific Prep, his team was nationally-ranked & played a national schedule; At Hun School, French was named First-Team All-Mercer County after he avg 9.5 pts, 7 reb & 2.5 blks/game
